I had never expected this from Tata

I am using your tata indicom prepaid mobile last one year. I usually don’t carry it with me as I am using it as substitute for my land line. My parents use it most of the time.


Recently I noticed that for last several days, I am being charged for many other subscriptions which myself or my parent have never requested for.(e.g. Hello tune Rs. 30/p.m., some mantra Rs. 30/p.m. and many others) also these subscriptions are being renewed without our consent at regular intervals.


In this way this company has purloined substantial amount from my prepaid balance so far. I am not even aware of many of these so called “Value Added Services” for which I am being charged.


Contacting customer care number(12524) to un-subscribe these services is a frustrating experience. When ever I tried to contact customer care executive by choosing option “9” I get a message that “please check the No. you have called*” and the call gets disconnected.


Also my parents are frustrated with the promotional calls & SMS during any time of the day. Deleting the Junk SMS is a big task for me every week.


I have neither subscribed any of such "so called" value added services nor do I want to know about them in future and I have requested the company to stop all value added services activated immediately and remit all the money deducted towards these services activated without my consent.


But even after about a month I have no reply from the customer care/zonal officers
