I am a TATA Indicom Post- Paid Customer. After much thoughts I made up my mind to go to TATA Indicom, the Reason being cheapest mobile here at Bangalore. Guess what, for Additional Rs.50 a month, I got 3000 SMS free all over India and TATA to all over India is just Rs.1 for 3 mins. But The Coverage is the worst, even in a City like Bangalore.
I am working in an MNC in an IT Park, Do you believe that Signals are not available anytime. When I come to my workplace, signals are always Dropped, always Unreachable. I need to run in my concern, stretching the antennas in search of Network Coverage :(
Worst even, I called the Customer Care about Poor Network Coverage initially, they would check my mobile which is already unreachable and close the case ( saying customer not available, even they dont call the alternate number). I am totally frustrated about their Customer service and Network Coverage. But the plus is TATA to TATA 3mins one Rupee and Free STD messages other than this.. TATA is a mobile..where you need to go Mobile in search of Network!!!!! If Cost-effective and Cheap Communication is your need then Go to TATA... Hope Some one in TATA sees this and can do something?
