HELLO FRIENDS WHO USE TATA INDICOM ALL OVER INDIA AND WHO ARE IN LINE TO GET CONNECTIONS AND WHO THINK ABOUT INDICOM.
i took a connection in the month of february end attracted by the ad given by tata that there will be no activation and no deposit for cdma mobile.i was impressed with the ad and went to the indicom centre and asked for a connection.they did everything and I got the handset in a week time.the first moth bill came charging rent for two subsequent months since there was no deposit collected from the subscriber.also the free calls are not truely reduced as calls made but a predetermined amount is calculated[ for 125 mins.free calls rs.25] and reduced from the total amount which was amazing.so the free calls are calculated around 20paisa per minute and debited from the total amount not from total calls which is really not told by any of the tata people while taking connection. also I took std and isd connection and deposited rs.2000 for that. when I deactivated both isd and std they said it will be returned only at the time a subscriber surrenders the connection and I was shocked to hear. otherwise it can be debited from the next bill generated. being marketing with the free calls which people think it will be calculated like a landline connection where the calls are debited from the total no. of calls here they are putting a amount for that and debiting from the total used amount.so friends be clear about yourself before going for indicom and i’m ready to clarify any sort of such things.even the handset provided by them is not good for heavy usage and the mobile creates problem
