I had purchased 2 post paid connections from Tata indicom (09216197821 and 09216097821) and I submitted an application on 1st of January 2008 to disconnect both the connections and cleared all my dues till 2nd of January 2008 but they did not disconnect till 8th or 9th of January without any notice.
Again I recieved a bill amount of Rs 680/- for the period when I did not even use the connections.
When I contacted the Tata Indicom support team, they said that I have to make the payment and if I do not make the payment they will file a case and action will be taken against me and after few days I received a summon to pay my bills.
Why they did not disconnect my connections and even they haven’t informed about this?
So please please please do not purchase the Tata Indicom connections.
