Worst Service Provider

It was probably the worst decision of my life when I decided to opt for a new Tata Indicom connection. The ordeal started when I casually walked into a outlet and registered for a new connection.


I was promised that it would take 3 days. After 2 days I was informed that the mobile I opted for was sold out and I needed to take a higher end model.


Reluctantly I decided to take a new phone. I was promised the phone in 2 days. After 2 days I got a rude shock when I discovered that the Tariff plan that I registered for was not available with the phone I selected and that I had to go in for a new plan.


Frustrated, I decided to do that as well. Since then I have visited the outlet and office many times and I still have no news about my connection. Infact whenever I call to find out, the operator tells me that there is no record of my application.
