Poor Service

I had taken TATA Indicom landline for my home. But I had experienced a extremely poor service. You don?t receive calls from abroad, it takes time to get the home number from out side and most of the times the BSNL says that this number has changed and prefix 2.


There is no communication between the departments I paid the bill 10 days late But they harassed me for next two month saying that I had not paid the bill, this ultimately made me to decide to cancel the subscription.


It too was too delayed by them if you go and submit application they say with in two days it will be cancelled, But they did not disconnected the line even after one month and the guy came after 40 days of submitting the request to cancel. But even after two months I am getting bills.


The customer service too is a big mess. They say some thing and if you go and verify it is altogether different. They are not polite to the customers too. Given all this I took a BSNL line and living happily.
