The Tata Indicom prepaid service broke down throughout the state of Kerala from Saturday 24th September 2005. It has not been repaired for days....This is pure cheating. They don’t have efficient means of correction and repairs. It is better not to have a mobile than have this connection. It is a bane on the subscriber.
I have had Idea, BPL-Mobile, Airtel and Hutch connections in past but have never experienced network failures for such a prolonged period of time. This is the first time I am seeing a network failure which could last for a week or so.
The Customer Care seems to be sleeping- Never call those fools if u are a tata subscriber. Their e-mail link also is wrong - One they have given on tataindicom.com is also wrong. This is pure cheating. They don’t have efficient means of correction and repairs. It is better not to have a mobile than have this connection. It is a bane on the subscriber.
Simply put-totally worthless and useless
