Tata is supposed to be a patriotic company. But customer care is unpatriotic. When you call the customer care to give a complaint the representative tells that without getting approval from their higher officer they cannot register the complaint.
Even they accept the mistake was on their side but they could not register the complaint as they went wrong on their policy making. I have a billing issue continuously for the past 3 months. every time after representing to the Nodal desk they give an interim relief but they do not resolve it completely.
I wanted to give a complaint on the issue that the Tata Indicom resolves any complaint in 72 hours. Otherwise they will suitably compensate to an extent of previously paid bill. My issue was not resolved for the past 3 months. So I wanted to make a complaint on that issue. But the customer care executive nor her superior refused to register that complaint. Instead she assures to give a remedy with time. This kind of remedies were given for the past 3 months.
Due to some irresponsible officers in the company The name of the company gets spoilt. The faith in the company is lost. I am very sorry that Ratan Tata should identify these inabilities and correct it to make the customer satisfied.
