I am using Tata Indicom Landline prepaid from past Two years. First issue came up regarding the walk handset. The battery of the handset was not working and most of the times the calls started dropping.
So I made a decision now. I will go to the nearest TATA indicom office, and ask my connection to be discontinued and get the deposit along with the balance money on the prepaid back. I would suggest all of you to avoid going for the TATA landline wireless connection, without checking the handset / network.
I would like to request Tata Service provider to bring down the cost and make the mobile affordable for masses. Today most of the Service providers are providing good and affordable service, and likely to influence maximum customer.
