Friends, Please read the correspondence between me and Tata nodal office. There were several reminders from my side, but after a lone email from their office, I haven’t received any other. I gave them my mobile number due to their request. Still the problem persists.This is their service! Rest I leave it to the readers own opinion.

*Dear Sir,
I bought a Tata Mobile phone 3 years back. The phone’s performance is very excellent in many places in Tamilnadu. Once I took this phone for a tour program and I discovered that the phone works almost everywhere except in deep remote places. After seeing my phones performance my relatives who stationed at Mundiambakkam, 7km from Villupuram Town, (landmark South India Sugars) they bought many Tata phones. But unfortunately those phones were not receiving proper signals inside the houses at Mundiambakkam. We have to take the phone to the house terrace to receive signals. The other operator’s phones such as BSNL, Reliance, and Airtel receive good signal in these areas. Aircel and Reliance signals were very good. Now because of this problem the people in these areas were opting for other services. Please do the needful.
