Better find any other alternative

My worst experience with Tata Indicom started from the day one of the subscription of the service.

  1. They don’t reveal much information about the plans.

  2. Hide that they will be charging double rentals in the first month.

  3. Delayed Activation.

  4. Worst Customer Support.

  5. Local office is full of egoistic people, who don’t care about customers.

  6. If you want to opt out, you are helpless, because they don’t heed to your exit requests (They interrogate as if we are commiting the crime).

  7. Not received the bills for the first 3 months, after that there was a big bill to be paid.

  8. Promised internet connectivity and didn’t deliver for the next 6 months, or till I disconnected.

  9. I am still getting the bills even after clearing my dues before I disconnected.

  10. Now received a Lawyers notice to pay up!

My advice to my fellow customers is before taking any of the scheme offered by them, make sure you have everything mentioned in your receipt because there is a very strong chance of denial from them in the future.
