Tata indicom shoule be called ATA Indicom

God bless us from taking a connection from Tata "Indico". I took 2 post paid connections 4 months back and they have spelt my name wrong. In spite of repeated reminders nothing seems to work. The 121 service is meant for people who have all the time in the world to listen to them but will not help you. They have a set of questions and will never forget to say " We are sorry for the inconvience caused to you"


AS A MATTER OF FACT WE SHOULD BE SORRY....PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU TAKE A CONNECTION...THEY WILL DEFINETLY SPELL YOUR NAME WRONG. Are you hearing Mr Ratan "Ata" ???....sorry Mr Ratan Tata after all I should not change your name since your own company has the cabability to do it. The 121 service is equally bad. They dont even want to hear the problem and will never give out the contact details of the person above them. It is like banging your head against the wall
