I am using the Tata Indicom mobile since last 4 months. I chose tata indicom mainly due to its economic rate for outgoing calls, it’s low pulse rate and the reliable & trustworthy name of Tatas.
Though initially there were problems with getting the connection from other phones, the service has improved drastically in last 2 months. It is so reliable that I feel as if I am carrying landline in my pocket.
The tata indicom dealer in my area is cooperative and clearly explained the pros and cons of the service before I decided to go for it. He helped me time to time in my queries and problems about the service.
Only one drawback, Tata’s should give a good range of handsets to choose from. None of handsets supported by Tata Indicom has inbuilt camera / FM as per my knowledge.
I am having the Kycera Phantom handset. It is good workingwise except that it’s scheduler is not good. If you enter an event for particular time of a day and if you want to shift it to another day it is not possible. Only shifting to other time of the same day is possible. Unavailability of this feature is confirmed by the Kyocera company. FM headsets are not available in the market.
And now I hear that they are going for roaming very shortly. Great!!! All the best Tata Indicom
