Show TATA-INDICOM, the way out of phone services

I have been a consistent consumer of tata-indicom postpaid phone in Bangalore for the past 1 year.


Mine monthly rental is 550, it has tata indicom to tata indicom unlimited talk time for free.And the reason being my other end is tata-indicom users and its good in number.


Just to make some cost-effective solutions I had joined tata-indicom, but now with the falling call rates you can have much better option than tata indicom.


But to my utmost disappointment, I don’t get the clarity in sound after 5-8 mins of talktime and the call gets dropped by its own after every 30-40 mins.I feel so much pain for keeping phone pressed for a long time and trying to make up the lost noise( which doesn’t happen usually:)


I was taking this problem for granted thinking the tata-indicom network at other side might be poor.But I was surprised to see that when I made the call using my airtel postpaid, I get immense clarity and no dropping of call.


Now the question is why is tata indicom -tata indicom network not giving me sufficient banwidth and clarity?wheras airtel-tata indicom is very good.


I would infer it as they charge more from some other service providers so they dont bother about their home network and its customers.They only gives that much space to its customers just to cling on to the network.


I don’t know with such product and service how are they retaining their market.I would like to know from tata-indicom executives and board people if they use tata-indicom for their usage? surely they wud be having an addtional network to cope up with their own tata-indicom network.


another problem in their customer-care space. Whenevr I make a call I don’t know where it gets into finally some unprofessional people from some corner of the country picks the call, appears like you are talking to some 10th pass house-wives again delayed response, and finally wrong summary of the problem.They will ask you to switch on/off your cell-phones for all kind of problems.


but actually where is the problem? Do they have sufficient infrastructures and equipment to carry on this business? Are they not able to manage and handle the services to their customer base?do they lack money? or Does the manpower and the quality is not available to them?


If any of the answer is yes, then definitely they are not supposed to be in the market, we should wipe these false people out of the market, who doesn’t understand their responsibility and accountability and commit big words to the customers.I think we have other better service providers and their plans to choose from.


Here tata-indicom is working for my network for past 5 days, but instead I see deterioration rather than any improvement, am looking forward to close the tata-indicom and staying in airtel where resources and networks are well equipped.I really acknowledge them for that but again customer cares are heavily irresponsible.
