Pathetic service and rude attitude

I took the Tata Photo connection in november. When I applied I their agent(specialized in cheating) came to my house and got the form filled he assuered me that its in service area.


In 3-4 days a person came and delivered the device and thats that start of their actual attitude. Within 15 days connection stopped working. I raised a complain for that and I was told that my house is not in service area. How can they sell connection in the area they don’t have service?


Then I tried to escalate it to nodal officer, who also repeated the same thing and they just keep passing the time. When bill was generated they got a new excuse to pay bill then only they will’try’ to fix it. Suddenly for payment area become in service range and they were ready to send a person to collect the payment still not to fix the issue.


I asked them to come fix the issue and collect the money, but they maintained that first I have pay in full then they will think of something. Why should I pay when I am not able to use the service? Still I was ready to pay on fair condition of getting issue fixed first.


First prolong the issue till billing to get an excuse for not doing anything. Get the money and then again do nothing. After 2 months of communication and trying to get it resolved I mailed them to terminate the connection, but not heard from even from corp nodal officer anything other than just insisting on payment. I hope they will terminate it.


I took BSNL after that and I am happy now:-).
