Pathetic Service by DOCOMO - PATHETIC VERY VERY PA

Docomo is ruining the name of TATA or is it because Ratan Tata has resigned and the new Chairman has different plans for for Tata empire.


I have been using Tata’s Photon+ connection since nearly 3 years. There had been no problem in the service or after sales. Now Tata has stooped down to the levels of Reliance as far as billing is concerned. I have no experience with recovery agents, but Seema Sahu who called me for outstanding amount(un-validated) gave me a feel how these recovery agents might have been working and why they were controlled by the courts.


Guys! I am very disturbed the way this agent Seema Sahu spoke to me and harassed me by insisting me to make the payment, that is not payable. I had spoken to Rajesh for 2 long hours on Wednesday and had him see the truth in my claim. This Seema Sahu did not put me through Rajesh and said he was on leave and later said he had left the job. LIES. MORE LIES for INR 1645/-? I am willing to pay Rs. 1045/- and that was confirmed by Rajesh who asked me to check on Friday, if extra charges were reversed.


Tata ji - Kya aapne lootne mein in logo ko partnership di hai?


Employees at Tata Docomo do not have any standard and do not value their words. They need to understand they are not speaking on their own selves, but are representing a valuable company and such behaviour may affect preference of Tata brand.


To cut it short, add an important name to Companies cannot be trusted NOW - Tata Docomo.


I am not aware whether Rajesh updated our communication or was just out to fleece me, but good sense prevailed and I did not pay untill charge reversal was confirmed.


If TATA has reached this level, what to speak about others?
