I got Tata indicom photon + , corporate connection, with 5 GB unlimited plan.
Speeds promised in MBps for 5 GB and in some 100s KBps for rest of the time.
Actual situation
day 1 - speed upto 100s of kbps - fine
day 2 - same 100s of kbps
day 3 - drop to nil , and average of 5 kbps continues , average speed is something like 10 kbps.
Response of Company
Problem lodged first on 1st October - told to do some Technics in laptop and assured normal speed
nothing happens.
On saturday 2nd october again complain lodged , this time with docket number 238428477 and assured date of resolution was given as monday 9 pm !! ( drama begins now ! ) I was assured that person will call and come to check it.
4th of october - monday noon, no sign of anyone , I call office , he assures there is still time , and TATA indicom person will come, ok fine !.
4th of october nite - I call again , I am told that problem resolution date has been forwarded to 6th of october , I ask why ( consumer is the idoit ! do what u want to is the philosphy ) no answer , it is said that because certain software , hardware upgrades are in process. ok fine , poor fellow what can he do !

i call to office and quote my complain number . and WOW !!!!!!!!!!!! Complain has been cleverly deleted from the system . perfect strategy ! ! This is happening in the heart of india ( new delhi ) with best connections network ( or so to say )
i am told there is no complain for such number , when I threaten that I have call recordings done of past communications to prove what I say . Person tells he is registering complain again and it will be resolved on 7th October evening .

I wonder who is the most talented guy or girl holding the post of HEAD customer services in TATA Indicom.
Beware ! if at all u have to buy , dont let ur guard down , keep your guns onto them or ur money will be sucked.

and latest on 7th Oct - no 239145769 number of contact was given , but all were resolved without doing anything by TATA.
now in afternoon of 9th October a person calls to provided number and tells ur complain has been resolved !!! I say when ?? he says yesterday ! again lies. I tell him to stop nonsense and visit me when I am available .
..........lets hope this time.
There was clearly registered alternate contact number with all the complains , despite that no one had called to this number and choose to close the complain.
What kind of capability does this management of TATA Customer Care has I wonder ?, isnt it time that they reconsider their claims.
