I have a Tata-Photon post-paid number - 9230004678. I am very frustrated the way Tata Photon customer care just closes the SRs without any resolution.
I was trying to change the billing address PIN Code but though I was able to change other fields of the address I was unable to change the PIN CODE due to some strange reason in their portal. Every-time I raise a request somebody calls me and I had to explain the simple issue all over again. But the sad thing is though every-time I got an SMS that the address has been changed I can see the same PIN CODE still existing against my billing address.
I am very disappointed by this kind of resolution of such a simple matter. I think they are just keen to close the ticket than really help the customer.
