I have 2 Photon Plus connections. Must say I love the speed but the billing is very erroneous. I have 1 GB free data usage with photon plus and rarely use it, but get charged extra every time. I got a usage break up from tata indicom photon plus for Feb which suggests I only used 500 MB but no one at tata indicom photon plus can help me reconcile.
Can anyone here tell me what to do??
Hate the customer service at tata indicom photon plus, they call 5-6 times a day asking for payments, but can’t help resolve the billing issue.
