I am using Tata Photon since 6 years and since then few of hardware they have changed. Recent I have is Max which has amazed me with the download speed I get. It’s reached sometime over 2 mbps. an avg is 600 to 800kbps.
It is value for money device and the connection I have from Tata Photon but outside NCR you will get only whiz signals which gives you experience like working on dial up modem of past.
