We use this connection from Mulund, Mumbai and off late it has become absolutely unusable - we cant even use it for browsing
the technician came and told us well this is the best speed you will recieve - too many users in the area and they have no plans to provide anything better AND THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THEY ARE RECEIVING MANY COMPLAINS FROM THE AREA

THOSE WHO ARE PLANNING TO GO IN FOR THIS SERVICE BEWARE - THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS NOT KEEPING UP WITH - THE TATAS ARE RIPPING PPL OFF
