Its in sheer desperation that I am writing here. I am unfortunately a Tata Photon customer for the last three years. More than 3 weeks I had requested to upgrade my Photon to a Photon Max Wi-fi. Since then I have at least made 10-12 calls to the call centre for the delivery but despite my best efforts, I have not been able to get the delivery of my Photon Max Wi-fi device.
I fail to understand that in this age of competition when companies are pushing its customers to upgrade at any cost, here is a customer who is paying the full amount and following up on the same for over three weeks. In these three weeks not even a single time I have received a call from any of Photon employees/ agencies.
I have been promised umpteen times of a time and date when my device will be delivered but Photon people dont even have the courtesy to inform even by a small message( am sure it wont cost these guys anyways) if they are not able to deliver on the committed timelines.
Everytime I call up am just given a new time and then the work from Tata Photon people is done. Tata Photon would probably like to investigate how many times and how much time I have spent with their executives on the call but to no avail. Before these also there were many calls but even the reference number was not provided. I am left with no choice but to cancel my subscription with Tata and will always remember the great services I received from the company.
