I went to change my post paid connection to pre-paid connection. Their customer care was horrible. The moment they came to know that I want to change my post-paid to pre-paid, I invited trouble for myself. I was made to fill the form thrice. One for number overwriting, 2nd for pass-photo size( since my photo was bit large then the area they have given) and 3rd for signature mismatch. It didnt ended there. A month later I got the bill for whole month.
Called customer care for many times but they will tell this number is for verification. They gave another number and it was a automated one.there when I entered my Docomo number it was already invalidated. Finally, after a lot of trial got a call connected to proper guy n my problem was resolved. Not going to get any post connection ever from Docomo
