Ive had problems with the photon+ connection ever since I took it. after many calls and visits by their engineers, I have been told finally that there is no solution to the complaint that I have made because the signal near my house is very weak and a new signal tower is required to improve the absolutely bad connection that I have. he also told me that installing a new tower could take 4 to 6 months or even more. and till that time there is nothing that he or any of the engineers can do.
This is a very serious issue. because they took three working days to activate my photon+ connection. so why wasnt I told that the connection would be weak and slow before they took my money? I have been misled by Tatas representatives and have been cheated into taking a connection that hardly works. (except for about 6 to 7 days when I was able to download about 4 GB of data, the connection has been very bad ever since I bought it.)
Why should I pay rent for a service that I am not able to use at all? how can I continue with a connection that gives me no reasonable guarantee of working? this is not what I expected of a brand like Tata which is one of Indias premier brands. I am sincerely hoping that some brand manager sees this review and takes urgent steps to resolve this problem or I will be forced to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund.
