They clain 3.1 mbps. I am sure it cannot touch even 2 mbps.False claims, poor people getting cheated by the words. I took a connection in chennai and using the device in madurai, the speed is 0.05 mbps, I asked the service engineer, he is helpless, poor fellow, what can he do for the claims done by the top management. They get pay over 5 lakhs per month, Foreign trips. meeting in 5 star hotels. When we question low level employees, they cannot answer. He says there is no tower in madurai, only chennai and coimbatore has towers and there too speed will be only aroung 1 to 1.5 mbps. SO its clear that they cannot give even 50% of what they claim. Am sure Top Mangement never reads such complaints. they want only money and when they get it why care about poor customers. Enjoy with the salary. the service engineer said if I escalate maybe 15 or 20 such service engineer will attend but the problem will not be resolved. So friendly he was.(management doesnt like such employees)(will sack him if someone reads this).
Hello HEADS, MD, Chairman .R U ALL SLEEPING. This is India no one has time or money to go to court, no one has guts to fight against giant like TATA. so they take such things so lightly. Give Poor service and enjoy with the salary, becoz this is india. thanks people
