Tata photon ..never ending agony!!!!

I took tata photon connection even though I knew that I will never get good speed but I had no other option as there was no other service provider in my locality. MY ACCOUNT NO:-909568415


I used tata photon for close to 1 yr and then moved to different location within city . unfortunately new locality  has speed even worse than before so I had to cancel my tata photon connection .


My  billing cycle starts form 15th of every month and I raised a request on 20th of month ( complaint no -322813515) . customer care executive said that he will cancel my connection and on prorate basis I need to pay 95 rs for 5 days  . I was ok with this .


After few days I got a sms  saying that " thanks for restoring faith in us . your tata sky connection has been restored"I called customer care they again took one complaint id . again after few days I got similar sms.


This happened for 5 times . Finally they send me bill with 370 rs .with billing cycle of entire month.


No doubt that there clear intention was to extend billing period , also there is no clarification from there side that I won’t get bill again. I am sure I will get bill again in next month. Somehow I face similar experience with tata sky as well.


Now I have completely lost faith in tata and all his products .My humble request to all my friends dont go for tata sky /photon  they will covert your internet/viewing experience in to never ending agony.
