My connection is of Rs.750/month with 3600 mins of usage. These fraud guys add random minutes when ever my usage goes beyond 3600. My last months total usage was of 3690 minutes (only 90 mins extra) but when the bill came they showed me that I’ve used 425 mins extra.
By the grace of god, I was keeping track of my usage on a day to day basis by taking screenshots of the total usage from tataindicom.com website. I’ve logged complain about this and they resolved it. Now the main thing comes.
Its not the story of 1 billing cycle, I’ve logged complain 4 times for 4 different billing cycles. I wonder how much they earn by this type of cyber fraud.
