I have just started using this device since 12th June but in just 2 months the company has started looting me with over billing. When I checked the usage in my account, I was shocked. It showed I have used 1920MB in a day for which I have not touched the device at all. When I called the customer care, as usual they never listen to my concern and kept saying the system can not show wrong.
So now I have decided to stop the service before getting completely looted by TATA INDICOM who is doing this just to meet their revenue target.
