I bought tata photon plus from nearby outlet. I bought it as a secondary internet connection primarily being BSNL Broadband Landline connection . I use Tata Photon only when there is no electricity or while roaming.
At the time of activation I paid 4000/- for HARP 1 GB (advance 6 month rental payment plan).
After 1 week of activation they disconnected my device. I inquired and they said that you have to submit your doc again. I did as they said. After submission of doc for two weeks it was disconnected. I again inquired to which the customer care people said your no. had been cancelled and you wl be given new no. After 1 week a person came to home and reactivated and I was given a new no. .I found out that the new no. was activated with 650 monthly rental plan. I went to the outlet and complained about the matter to which they said that they will reimburse monthly bill from the initial amount paid.i.e. 4000/-
Starting of every month my device gets deactivated to which I had to remind about the bill payment. Outlet manager said they have send emails and it is up to the regional head to activate.Each month for at-least 1 week my net was disconnected and I had to face torturous , disaster service of Tata Telecom people. Now 5 months had been passed and had used my photon for not more than 2 months peacefully. Last month the whole month the device was deactive. Thanks to BSNL Broadband which have supported me all the way long.
I am fed up with the service and as soon as the contract expires, I will surrender my device and will get rid from third class service provider.
