I have taken photon connection on December 16- 2012, the offer was promised to is 10gb @3.1mbps speed for 850rs per month. I am staying in the heart of the city and I travel from one place to another in city. Then for whole 2 weeks I was receiving welcome call and confirmation call from telecallers for minimum 3 times a day , and I should say my address to every one who called.
The plan which they to me was 350 rs , rent for .5 gb speed. I explained this to everyone who called, they will say they check and call back. And again the guy will call back and ask for the confirmation on my address. At last the sales guy who gave me the connection after repeatedly calling him, he changed my plan to 850 rs for 10 gb @3.1 mbps speed from Jan 15th onwards. Again the speed was very low whenever I check the speed it will be between .05 mbps tp .38 mbps. When I called up customer service @1800266121 , they did all memory cleaning for my laptop and again the speed got decreased, Then they told the assured speed is .25 mbps , so be happy to have upto .38 mbps. When I said I want to go for cancellation , he took the complaint on 19-01-2013 complaint no 345150987. And on 20-01-2013 a guy called Mr Srikanth from Technical team Hyderabad for the complaint and asked me to check the speed , I told .35 mbps , he also assured speed is .25 mbps so he can close the complaint by saying education the customer about assured speed by photon.
When I asked is there anything he can do further , he told he will ask technical team to increase the speed in that area. I told you will be forwarding just a feedback mail as you do the same thing to every customers but practchandru021y nothing happens , by hearing this he disconnected the call without saying a word and immediately I received a message by saying that my complaint has been resolved. Again I called to customer care to mention the same, the lady who answered my call kept me on hold for long time and taken the request for cancellation and informed the cancellation procedure.
Seriously its too much to handle for using the product Photon. You pay to get insulted .
