I’ve bought one TATA PHOTON (Number : 9230534061 TATA PHOTON A/C Number : 945851033) for my father and it’s been a horrendous experience since then. I was able to only connect to internet only on day one when it was activated through my HP laptop and next it was connected through Micromax funbook.
Since then, the Photon is maintaining it’s awesome service by not allowing to connect to internet as it’s giving Error : 678 through laptop and tablet just shows "No Connection". Tata customer service technicians are the best of the WORST and the store people are super IDIOTS who don’t even know that it should support Tablets or not. WOW!!! Moreover, one of the customer care rep told that Tata does not support funbook whereas it’s clearly written on the funbook package that Tata photon is a bundle offer specially for funbooks!!!
I’m never ever ever ever gonna recommend anybody to buy or pay a single penny for this piece of JUNK i.e. Tata Photon.
