Dear Tata Photon+ Concern Team,
Its really painful and unprofessional the way Tata Photon+ guys are managing the things.
I have written several times regarding my issue and this is still not resolved.
I raise this problem so many times but I feel Tata Docomo dont have the process to readdress their customer issues.
My Postpay to prepay migration is pending since 8 months but no action from Tata Docomo team.
I have raised a query on 15th Dec to convert my postpaid A/c 923530xxxx to pre pay A/c.
I have also provide the Capex no. to their customer service executive and she told me your no. will be converted in 4-5 days and and you only need to pay last bill.
I already paid the bill of Rs.723, that day I was surprised to saw the bill.
I have indicated them that I will not going to pay any bill with no usage. Still they are send the bills even I have not connected that dongle since Jan-15.
I’m getting calls from their legal dept. and threatening me that they will take legal action and issue warrant against me. The way they speak that is really unprofessional and pathetic.
I would not recommend any body as per my experience to recommend TATA Docomo Services(Tata Photon+)
