Hi, This is about the horrible Experience and harassment that I faced from TATA DOCOMO DEL NUMBER 9243362704 ACCOUNT NUMBER 909122096 This is Basavaraj, I had photon plus from one year, but connection was very slow from Aug-2012, when I raised the complaint, They told , there is issue in vijaynagar area and will be resolved after November and to compensate that, they asked to pay half the amount till the issue resolved but every time I pay half the amount they continued to send me notifications to pay the remaining amount. Every time I had to call customer care to resolve this issue .
This continued every month, I got bill of around 1200/- for Oct-2012 and around 800/- for Nov-2012 for which I paid half the amount also I disconnect the service in November. But mails, call and notices to pay pending amount continued asking to pay Rs 1423/. After getting the notices, when I called customer care nobody taken responsibilities to see the complaints and adjustments and they say they can’t do anything, The only solution they told is to pay or face legal notices .
They also terrorized me that, I will dragged to court. I visited Vijay nagar outlet, they told they cannot adjust any payment and can’t attend any complaints regarding the billing issues, they asked me to call koramangal branch, when I called the mobile number 9036655* which was given in by Vijaynagar outlet(which was also printed in the ads copy) , The receiver said it was not Tata docomo number, I also called Richmond Circle land line number 080-666897, no body picked up the call. I was so harassed that, I thought I will pay the amount and have some peace. So I paid the bill and tata Photon got pukkata ka amount even not providing the services/discounts as promised. see the below the notice that I got when I denied to pay full amount.

DEL NUMBER 9243362704 ACCOUNT NUMBER 909122096 Dear Sir / Madam, Our client M/s Tata Teleservices Limited, having its Karnataka circle Office at, A Block, Silicon Terraces, 30/1, Hosur Main road, Koramangala, Bangalore-560 095, has instructed us to state the following. Our client states that you had applied for a Telephone connection from our client and accordingly executed Customer Application Form together with terms and conditions provided therein. Pursuant thereto you have been utilizing the telephone services provided by my client. Our client states, that while availing the said Telecommunication facility, you have covenanted to abide by the rules, regulations, terms and conditions of our clients. As against the above understanding and as per records maintained by our client, you have discontinued your payment and hence the outstanding in your account is Rs 1423/-. The relevant invoice / bill demanding the said amount had been sent to you. Despite repeated requests, reminders and notices from our client, you have failed and neglected to pay and settle the said amount to my client till this date, thereby causing considerable loss and damage to my client. Thus you have committed breach of the terms and conditions of the said Customer Application Form. You have deliberately and with a malafide intention to illegally enrich you have withheld the payments, which are lawfully due to my client. Hence, take notice that you are hereby called upon to pay the said total outstanding along with interest that is due and payable to our client as per our clients records, with rRajeev_Vermact to the usage, rentals etc., of the said telephone, within 7 days on receipt of this notice, failing which our client will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action, both civil and criminal under the various provisions of Indian Penal Code, against you for recovery of the said amount along with interest @ 24% per annum, holding you liable for all costs and consequences arising thereof. Also please note that you are liable to pay a sum of Rs. 500/- towards the legal charges in this connection.
