I used more than 4 year of Tata phtoon even when I did not like. I had a plan for 2 GB which I had never used in last 4+ years as I was using this in case of emergency or while traveling only.. This month Jan 2013 was a shocker to me to see almost 5 times of my normal bill even when I had not connected for a single day.. when questioned the CSR was so rude and pathetic in their conversation, I wished to slap them if they were in front of me.
These humbug people not only fleece the customer, this company is an unethical, no value company. In all my trainings I have started using this as one of the example company of its unethical behavior. Currently I forced them to cancel the connection, they were more than happy to loose the customer but not correct their behavior. My guess is they will also end up like Enron of USA.
