Photon Plus has worst customtakeouter service. Is ther anyone to help me out? I have gotta 950 rs Unlimited connection. first 5 GB is connected @ 3 MBps and rest connects @ 153kbps. I have called the customtakeouter care and they have sent the tech after 6 days of my complaint. My usage as of now is only 40 MB, but still it will connect only @ 153kbps. They say its server problem. I am working on slow internet for past 2 weeks now.
No one turned up after that. When I call customtakeouter care, they pull out my records and they disconnect the line. I have called the customtakeouter care 100 times in past 5 days, everytime tech answers my call and disconnects. Is there any one who can help me out?
Is there any way I can file a complaint against this? I have all the recordings which I made to photon. Tech were rude talking to me. Any help will be highly appreciated.
