TATA Photon+ is pathetic service provider. I am paying for 3Mbps and I get only 300Kbps . Excuse given by them is "Its due to excess users in your area"1.
While I had tried it all over India, it gives the same speed anywhere I checked. Now finally I have disconnected its connection, and will go for 3G SP which at least gives me 2 Mbps speed.
