Dec 21 2015 - Went to the local store in Bandra around 5 pm to learn about their Photon+ Max service.
Representative shared brochure and I selected the monthly unlimited 10GB plan, speed upto 9.7 Mbps as I told the representative that I needed to download a lot of data. 2 hours later, the service got activated.
That night and the next day, I logged in and got download speed between 1 Mbps - 1.5 Mbps, way below their advertised claim.
Once I crossed the 5 GB data mark, it slowed down considerably to less than 0.1 Mbps and accessing g-mail too was painful.
Raised a complaint with their Support person on Dec 22 only to learn that their network in Bandra can only support 1Mbps speeds. However after 1 phone, 1 in person support and their so called network team who looked into the issue, their response was that they cannot provide more than 1 Mbps. However I was getting < 0.1 Mbps to which they had no response even though I had only reached 5.5 GB data downloads and my plan was for 10 GB.
Added booster pack too which took a day to activate but no improvement in download speeds.
Recommend: Do NOT go for their service.
