I have 2 connections of Tata Photon. 1 Tata Photon Plus and 2 tata Photo Max wifi.I have paid the bills for both connections yet they refuse to accept the billing for Max wifi saying that it was clubbed to a different account which is now deactivated.
Their cancellation department said that I have outstanding and I am a defaulter with the billing department continuously harassing me for making the outstanding payment which I have already made.
The customer executives are so rude in their behavior that they waste up too much of your time, they even levy charges for not visiting a technical complaint and later after much arguments discount it.
The service connection is anyways very bad, slow speeds and yet there is no politeness.
I would better say to switch a provider whose products are good, customer service is good, after so much hassles they have finally canceled, I lost my amount on the dongles but I am relieved.
