Pathetic Customer Care and Call center

I recently bought a Tata Photon. After a month, the product stopped working and giving me random errors while connecting. I called customer care multiple times and every time, under trained staff gave multiple reasons for the same and one guy even told there is no balance after recharging for 1500. After many calls, they asked to go to customer service center, I went to two places and got me directed to their main office. He tod there is back end problem and asked to keep the device there. After two days, I got back the device in same state and they one ’Tata expert technician’ will visit my place in same day or next day and gave a complaint no.


After three days also no one turned up (One week over after issue started) and I called the customer care and stayed on hold - Photon customer care is one of the worst organized center, with no under-trained staff, good enough only to bluff some reasons. There are chaos and customers shouting in the Photon real service centers. Not one a single supervisor was available in call centers. (They even offered me call back in 1hr, I’m yet to understand how much is this 1hr for Tata Photon!!!) They don’t even have nodal officers/appellate authority  as other service providers have. You will not find a even single sincere call center staff / email team, they just want to write a unique reply to any email and go hiding.


I never thought Tata Products will be this worst. If you want a reliable connection, please check with other providers. Don’t waste money on Tata Photon. It is good only as long it works, if you have any problems even Ratan Tata cant help you with Photon folks.
