Bought connection when they launched photon+- they advertise 3.1 mbps. They promise 1 mphs- when tested at their shop it came 0.8 mbps, they said "in practical you only get this. When I tested at home I got 0.6 mbps, I was happy at that time. They started advertise more and more, my speed was get down every month and the connection reliability goes off -it happened to change my residence to another descended place inside the city -then every thing goes off (instable connection, slow speed less than dial up, ). Now I’m only borrowing in CDMA mode (maximum 0.144 mbps)- no fool in this world will pay Rs 827 every month for 144 kpbs connection- but tata photon+ made me a such a fool
it’s going to be a month after I complaint about this issue.- The fool (myself) still keep calling them and checking the status of the problem- everytime they increasing the priority and escalating to the n+1 level- the fact is they don’t have an solution and they won’t say truth that it’s the un-proven technology and that’s how it will work.
