Few months back I bought new Tata Photon worth rs 3500, it was working fine but few days back I got problem and it was not connetc I take it to service center in borivli, they told me we have to replace as its under warranty, I said fine. So they told me come after 2 days, now after 2 days they give brand new piece, and told me it will gt activated by next 24 hours, I said fine no issues.
Now next day when I connect, it was giving me the same error, so take back to authrised service center, there they told me that take to tata indicom office, I went to tata indicom ofice in borivli, they said its activated please ask them back what I need to do, I told the piece is not activated you have to activate, after lot of arguing finally they get me started.
I thought atlast its on now. But I was wrong again next day the same problem comes, I ask call center executive , they told me that the number is being changed from where you have made corrected. Really at last I throw it out. One of worst company I had ever seen I lost my 3500 plus the time and money.
