The provider was once good but now its become the worst. Using it for the past 4 years. Was good until beginning of this year. The speed came down from 3 Mbps to 2.5, 1.2 and now hovering around 0.03 to 0.15 Mbps.
Still in cap limit but no solution from customer care. They say they will call in 4 hours but will call as they like and expect you to sit around with the dongle all the time.Else they will ask for a convenient time. But will not call at all. And for them their network is the best. Even if the whole world yells at them about issues, they are like buffalo in the rain. No reaction and never accept.
I am a network admin in reputed company and have faced some issue earlier. I solved my problem myself. Now it seems there is issue with the tower. It seem to get jammed because the speed is around 1 Mbps during midnight. It becomes slower during day time.
They keep repeating that my machine is having issue and my wifi router has an issue. I am going to throw away this useless connection. They are not the only provider.
