I am using this damn product for the last one month as I was not able to get any other options.The first week was fine and I thought ’great sometimes we are getting what we are paying for’. But just after the first week they showed their real face.
Now I am simply waiting for getting reconnected every two minutes as its getting disconnected. I must say from 1 Am to 5 Am the net is so good that I can do whatever I want to. As I am so happy with their customer service ( called them 4 or 5 times in this 1 week, still they are saying will rectify it. Though they said would send some technician to check it , no one came yet, I think he lost his way!!) Now the thing I can do is throw away this one and try to get a decent product if ant exists !!
I recommend you people never ever go for this product if you dont want to waste your money and time, If there is no other options, live without net!!
