TATA PHOTON +
INDIFFERENT SERVICE. PERSISTANTLY BAD TREATMENT. WASTE OF MONEY. This is the second time I am given a false promise. This is the second photon plus USB I am throwing in the trash bin.
What tata promises : 3 MBPS speed and charges double than the competitive brand. What tata gives : 240 kbps snail speed that too jerky, erratic , gets disconnected. Their ’technical’ excuse : it could be in a networking problem area my experience : are the networking signals week all over Ahmadabad ?
Shame on you guys : no resolution in 29 days.
Repeated pleas fallen on unprofessional indifferent ears !
MORAL: NEVER EVER GET TRAPPED IN JAZZY TATA ADVERTISING AND MAKE A MICKY OF YOURSELF .
MY NETWORKING GUY WARNED ME NOT TO FALL TRAP IN PHOTON STUFF: ALL ARE UNANIMOUS : IDEA WORKS BETTER.
LEARNT THIS LESSON AFTER BLOWING 6K IN TWO PHOTON CONNECTIONS.
