They don’t change the mailing address when given with all proof anf necessary documents and charge more from the initial Rs 750 per month unlimited data card usage. Since address not changed payment not made, they lodged complaint in Delhi court for Rs 2800/- after disconnecting .
Lawyers calling me from Delhi saying action will be taken if balance not paid. HAd informed all those who called from TATA PHOTON to change my mailing address so that I can pay the bills, this was not done.
Do not buy from Tata.
They don’t have customer oriented approach. already cleared all the bills and do not want to have anything to do with TATA . SHAME !!!!
