I read a number of negative feedbacks on Photon and hence wanted to make sure I register my satisfaction with Photon. Normally, satisfied customers will never log in to rate a product and hence you get to read only the negative feedback.
I am using my Photon extensively for the last one year. I use it for the entire day since I work from a home office set up. I have never faced any disconnection and never had to call the customer care for any problem. I get a constant speed of 1Mbps and bills are absolutely accurate, I pay my bills using net banking which is very convenient. Please note, if you live in a highly populated area any data card(any brand) is prone to under perform on speed so please make sure(from your friends or neighbours) that signal strength is okay before buying it, you can not complain about product for lack of due diligience from your end. If you read terms & conditions, its very clearely stated that speed is subject to number of users in a given area. I have even used the product while travelling in car and it performed absolutely fine even on road in a car going at speeds over 60kmph. Speeds in the night could marginally suffer though.
I have no complaints from this product what-so-ever. I recommend this product.
