I have been trying to register a Tata Docomo Wifi device since last evening! After failing to register right, I tried your customer care no.1800266121.
Its one of the worst IVR customer care service I have come across till date. My device number is 9222210876! Tata Docomo please help me register my device!
Also tried calling Just Dial to get your King Circle branch number - got 9222220200 - spoke to an exceptionally rude customer care guy who barked on the phone asking me to go back to the shop as Tata Docomo doesn’t help on the phone!
Get your act together guys! You’re supposedly in the telecom industry!
