Tata Photon is an absolute crap as a package - network, speed, customer service. The flexibility to carry it with you is nullified as you cannot work with it. Several compliants, but they will ask you to send screenshots of speed, and then will send their service engineers to check the network.
As expected, the engineers will never find fault with their network and will ask service charge from you. This viscious cycle goes on - You NEVER get even half of what is promised (speed of upto 3.1 MBPS). You can never use 10 GB which is free - Not even 50% of it. DON’T GO FOR IT - They are cheating on you with false promises.
