I am a " Tata Photon + " user and am totoally not satisfied with the speed that Tata photon + provides in Delhi. After I took the Tata Photon, the first month was working fine and it was upto 1Mbps, I was very happy, after completing One month even Google page also take 1 min to open.
Forget about rediff, yahoo, or any other site. Tata Photon provides good service for a month bec’z if anyone not satisfied with the speed or connectivity within 22days, then we can return. Because of this we will get a good speed & connectivity for one month after that the nightmare starts.
I called Tata Photon Tech support and the person came to my home also. He tells that there is some work going on in this (Vasundra Enclave) area and we will experience some problems for a week or so.
After completing 2 weeks also I am getting a speed of 0.14Mbps (download) and 0.07Mbps (upload), I don’t know what to do now. I have lost Rs 2500/- for the device which is a waste. I cant use it now.
I feel Tata Photon + is making money by selling a device of 2500/- and not bothered about the service.
I can say that Tata Photon + broadband speed is really pathetic and slow. I suggest not to take Tata Photon Broadband in Vasandra Enclave, Delhi.
