Hopeless customer care

The service given by tata is the worst compared to the service given by other providers in the market . The sales persons are hopeless and ttheir language is to shabby . I’ve had a very bad experience with this kind of service & I request you  all not to use this service even though the brand name is tata .TATAS HAVE PUT THEIR HAND IN ALL PLACES BUT WITH NO CO-ORDINATION BETWEEN TEAMS, COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE HIGHEST AVAILABLE BANDWIDTH, BUT BECAUSE OF LACK OF SERVICE / COMMITMENT THEY WILL BE LOOSER IN ALL THE SERVICE SECTOR(INCLUDING...


AIRTEL IS FAR BETTER AS COMPARE TO THESE. When I call the same sales people now and the tel. nos. of Engineers they had given me, they have the audacity to cut the phone. When I call the call center no. to register my complaint, they give me a complaint no. and tell me to wait for a max of 24 hr. But the complaint is not resolved for even four days.  I have asked for a refund of the remaining period, no one is listening. I think I am going to suffer for next six months.
